Under the framework of community partnership, Ms. Sara Al-Ansari, one of the staff members of the Registration Department at the Deanship of Admission and Registration, presented a paper at the "Optimal Balance for a Better Community" forum. The forum was organized by the UQU Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Committee of Family Affairs, on Thursday 13 Sha`ban 1440 A.H. at Al-Jawhara Hall in Al-Zahir.
Ms Al-Ansari spoke about the balanced role of women in planning their goals and ambitions, their ability to take responsibility for their work, their role as mothers of future generations, and as an important element in building society. She explained that the reasons for balance include work on self-development through reading and continuing education. The title of her card was "Towards a Deep Balance."
At the end of her talk, she thanked the university for this initiative in activating forums and providing the opportunity for female employees to participate in achieving the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
