As part of the series of courses of the 'Be Positive' initiative held under the supervision of the Associate Professor of Psychological Health and Counseling at the Department of Psychology, Prof. Suzan bint Sadaqah, the course entitled, 'Emotions Management', was held on Tuesday, 19 Rajab, 1440 A.H., in Hall 105 E. The course was presented by the female postgraduate students specializing in measurement and assessment at the second level.
The course aimed to introduce the meaning of emotion and its role in achieving personal success. It also aimed to clarify how to express one's feelings, how to acquire the ability to successfully manage and employ one's emotions, and how to acquire the skill of dealing properly with others. This course targeted the female undergraduate and postgraduate students.
The course was attended by a large number of female students, academic staff members and employees, who expressed their admiration of the course content and how it has been useful to them.
