Dr. Yasser bin Sulaiman Shosho, UQU Vice President, has honored the affiliates of the Administrative Development Department for their excellence in work performance and the efforts they made during the academic year 1439-1440 A.H., in the presence of Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli, the Vice President for Female Student Affairs, via closed-circuit TV.
The UQU Vice President expressed appreciation for the directives of His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, and his support for the activities and programs of the departments of the University Vice Presidency, especially those concerned with improving the level of performance of the university staff.
Mr. Waleed Simbawah, Head of the Administrative Development Department, valued the keenness of the UQU Vice President to honor the department's employees for their outstanding efforts. He expressed appreciation for Dr. Yasser Shosho's support and guidance of the department, for motivating its employees to increase their efforts to serve this university, and to upgrade the training process and keep pace with Saudi Vision 2030. He said that training programs were offered to employees in a number of areas related to the development of employee performance through the General Administration Institute as part of the general program, the university program, the business center programs, training courses offered in the female section, and training courses offered abroad. He pointed out that more than 1350 male and female employees have benefited from these programs.
The UQU Vice President honored the following employees: Waleed bin Muhammad Sa`id Simbawah, Atef bin Murshid Al-Ahmadi, Waleed bin Ali Yamani, Waleed bin Khalid Dumiati, Alaa bin Ahmad Ba-Antar, Faisal bin Mu`awwad Al-Da`di, and Ammar bin Hasan Shawish. Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khuli honored the administrative staff of the female section, including Maram bin Muhammad Nawawi and Ghazil bint Hakim Al-Lahiani, in her office at the university's headquarters at Al-Zahir.
