His Excellency the UQU President, Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, issued an administrative decision to change the name of the 'Call Center' to the 'Customer Service Center,' which shall be directly linked to the UQU Vice President.
This decision is part of the UQU vision to provide customers with optimum service that fulfils their needs, answers their questions, and receives their complaints and suggestions. In addition, the center aims to communicate with the customers and provide them with all the information they need using state-of-the-art communication programs and techniques in line with Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Transformation Plan 2020.
In addition, His Excellency Prof. Abdullah issued two administrative decisions appointing Mr. Talal bin Ali bin Sultan Al-Abdali as the Director of the Customer Service Center, and Ms. Hana' bint Awad bin Khilaiwi Al-Ja`id as the Assistant Director of the Customer Service Center (female section), as of 14 Jumada Al-Thani, 1440 A.H.
His Excellency asks Allah (Glorified and Exalted be He) to help them and grant them success in performing their duty towards knowledge and its seekers, and in raising the standard of the university to enable it to reach its desired goals.
