The Deanship of Student Affairs is pleased to announce, to all foreign scholarship students, the beginning of the application for the issuance of exit and return visas, and the disbursement of tickets for the vacation at the end of the academic year (1439 A.H. /1440 A.H.). Applications will be received from Sunday, 28 Jumada Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H., to Thursday, 28 Rajab, 1440 A.H., as follows:
- Log into the student's page on the e-service portal; fill in the "travel order", specify the date of travel and return; and follow the request on the student's page until the "travel order" is printed.
- The student then checks Al-Tayyar Company, and hands them the travel order to obtain the ticket.
Important notes for students to observe:
- The deadline for the students to deliver the travel orders is Thursday 28 Rajab, 1440 A.H. No application will be considered after this date.
- The student is not entitled to change the date of his travel or return after receipt of the ticket, and the student shall bear the fees resulting from any modification made afterwards.
- The student may not refund the ticket if he is not going to travel, and he must return the ticket to the Department of Scholarships.
- The student is not entitled to issue a ticket on his own account and then ask the university to pay for the ticket.
- The student must write his e-mail and mobile number in the Kingdom, as well as in his homeland, on the copy of the biodata page of your passport.
