The UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatooq Assas, has taken a set of administrative decisions.

The Advisor to the UQU President, and Supervisor General of his office, Mr. Essam bin Hassan Margooshi, announced that the said decisions stipulated:

1-    Appointing Dr. Tawfiq bin Ali Ahmed Al-Sharif as the Vice Dean of Jamoum University College for Educational Affairs for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

2-    Designating Dr. Abdulghani bin Hassan bin Abdulghani Monawar as the Vice Dean of the College of Engineering and Islamic Architecture for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 9, 1438 H;

3-    Designating Dr. Turki bin Hassan bin Abdullah Abualola as the Vice Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education for Educational Affairs  for a tenure of six months as of  Muharram 17, 1438 H;

4-    Designating Dr. Mohamed bin Ali bin Mohamed Basindawa as the Vice Dean of the College of Medicine in Jamoum for Hospitals Affairs for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

5-    Designating Dr. Emad bin Abdurrahman bin Mohamed Shafaai as the Vice Dean of the Makkah Community College for Educational Affairs and Development for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

6-    Appointing Dr. Abdurrahman bin Abdul Rahim bin Abdullah Al-Qurashi as the Head of the Department of Da'wa  and Islamic Culture at the College of Da'wa and Islamic Theology for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

7-     Designating Dr. Musa bin Darbash bin Musa Al-Zahrani  as the Head of the Classical Arabic Rhetoric and Literary Criticism Department at the College pf Arabic Language for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

8-    Designating Dr. Tawfiq bin Ali Ahmed Al-Sharif as the Head of the Islamic Studies Department at Jamoum University College for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 17, 1438 H in addition to his current job as the Vice Dean of the Educational affairs;

9-    Renewing mandate of Dr.  Moaz Mustafa Ahmad Najeeb as the Supervisor of the Computer Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of one year as of Jumada II 1437 H;

10-    Renewing mandate of Dr. Abdul-Tawab bin Mohamed bin Abdul Qadir Osman as the Supervisor of the Physics Department  at Al-Qunfudhah University College for a tenure of one year as of Safar 2, 1438 H;

11-    Designating Dr. Howaida bint Mahmoud bin Sayed as the Supervisor  of the Education Department at Al-Qunfudhah University College (Female Section)  for a tenure of one year as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

12-    Designating Dr. Nawal bint Mohamed Zahid Sirdar as the Deputy Head of the Da'wa and Islamic Culture Department at the College of Da'wa and Islamic Theology (Female Section) for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 17, 1438 H;

13-    Renewing mandate of Mrs. Rozi bint Aouni Mohamed Hanafiya as the Deputy Supervisor of the Computer Department at the Al-Qunfudhah College of Computer Sciences for a tenure of one year as of Rajab 6, 1437 H.

The UQU President, Dr. Assas, wished them good luck in their new positions, and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
