The associate professor in the Department of Psychology, Dr. Nawar Al-Harbi, presented a course on Sunday, 21 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H., in cooperation with the Course Center in the College of Education and the Intellectual Awareness Unit, entitled, 'Secure Communication via Social Media'. The course covered several themes, as follows; the concept of communication, the types of social networking, the pros and cons of communication, its impact on community members, the best use of social media, cyber security and electronic crimes.
It was a fruitful meeting which was attended by a large number of female students who appreciated the themes and topics of the course. The course witnessed constructive interaction in which Dr. Nawar Al-Harbi discussed the pros and cons of social media with the audience.
