The College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion, represented by the vice-deanships of "Educational Affairs and Development", "Training and Community Service", and the "Scientific Committee", held, for the first time, the forum of ‘Successful Experiences in University Education (Tamkin)’ on Wednesday, 10 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H., at Al-Jafali Hall 3, in the Deanship of University Studies for Girls.

The Vice Dean of the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion, Dr. Su`ad Babaqi, clarified that the forum aims to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing the educational environment, enabling academic staff to invest modern strategies in education and to exchange expertise to contribute to supporting developmental plans and graduate highly-qualified scientific cadres.

The meeting was held in the presence of Her Excellency the Dean of University Studies, Dr. Halah bint Said Al-Amudi, and a number of the vice-deans of different colleges and institutes, as well as affiliates and students.

The Dean of University Studies for Girls, Dr. Halah Al-Amoudi, clarified that the forum of ‘Successful Experiences in University Education (Tamkin)’ will contribute to upgrading academic accreditation standards and the quality of the education outcomes that have become a competitive request in various universities.

The program included three discussion panels of a number of academic staff of the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion, who presented some examples and educational and scientific experiences which have had a significant impact on the development of the educational process.

It is worth mentioning that the forum came as a result of an initiative by Dr. Iman Maghrabi, Vice-Dean of the Higher Institute for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, and was implemented at the level of Umm Al-Qura University for its benefits to be far-reaching.
