Student Affairs Deanship Conducts Two Workshops for Discussing the Initiatives of Fulfilling Vision 2030

On Monday and Wednesday, October 22nd and 24th, 2016, the Student Affairs Deanship organized two workshops for developing initiatives that contribute to achieving the Kingdom’s vision 2030. The Deanship is to adopt such initiatives in the next phase to achieve the Kingdom’s ambitious vision in line with the National Transition Plan 2030.

Still, the two workshops witnessed the participation of Dr. Amr ibn Taha Alsaqaf, the Student Affairs dean; and all the Student Affairs vices Deanship: Dr. Omar ibn Siraj Sunbul, the Student Activities and Training vice deanship; Dr.Said ibn Hashim Halwani, Direction, Guidance and Community Partnership vice deanship; Dr. Hemdan ibn Mohammed Alharbi, Student Services vice deanship. Present from the female students division were Dr. Luluah bin Saleh Alharsi; Student Services vice dean,  Dr. Khulud bint Mohammed Abu Alnaga; Student Support vice deanship, Dr. Mona bint Mohammed Haji; the vice deanship and Dr. Fatama Abdullah Ala’aidarus; the Student Activities and Training vice deanship.   

Similarly, Dr. Amr underlined that these two workshops come as part of the Deanship’s conscientious efforts for creating harmony between its programs and the Kingdom’s vision 2030. He went on adding that the Deanship is to develop quality initiatives aiming at fulfilling such a vision   in all its activities, as well as instilling its principles into all the University’s students.  This takes into consideration the objectives instrumental to achieving the national transition in 2030.

Within the same vein, the two workshops were held for two days with each lasting two and half hours during which all the attendance participated. They resulted in a number of important initiatives which are to be sent for approval.
