Ms. Najah Al-Jad`ani, a member of the Accounting Department and an accredited instructor of the Deanship of E-Learning, gave a course entitled, "Having a Successful Interview". The course targeted female graduates in all departments of the college.
The course dealt with a range of interview questions which assess the applicant's general information, qualifications, personal qualities, experience and training, and hobbies and interests. The course also reviewed questions which ascertain the initiative and creative abilities of the applicant, the reasons for applying for the post, and the applicant's job qualifications, followed by notes on salary negotiations.
The course was attended by a group of female students from different departments of the college, the Deputy Head of the Department, and some of its members. To evaluate the course, students filled out a questionnaire, whose results indicated that the course met the approval of the attendees.
