Accounting Department in Jamoum Organizes an Activity Entitled "Management of Human Resources in Light of Saudi Vision 2030"

Female students from the Department of Accounting held an activity entitled "Management of Human Resources in Light of Saudi Vision 2030" under the auspices of Dr. Maisah Abu Hilal.

The activity tackled several topics relating to human resources management, the most important of which are:

  • Human resources planning on the institutional level in particular and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general.
  • Attracting, selecting, and appointing.
  • Assessing performance.
  • Job description in light of Saudi Vision 2030.
  • King Salman's human resources development program.   
  • Training and developing human resources in light of Saudi Vision 2030.

Female students presented a mini course pertaining to the administrative development of human resources. The course included a variety of topics. The students showed a good understanding of the information and an ability to work in groups. The students displayed creativity and innovation in presenting their ideas.
