On Sunday 2 Rabi` Al-Thani 1440 A.H., Dr. Adnan Al-Harbi, Dean of the Social Sciences College at UQU, launched a public relations exhibition. The exhibition was organized by the third batch of master's degree students in the hall of the Social Sciences College at UQU. The launch was held in the presence of the Head of the Mass Communication Department, Dr. Salim Urijah; the Managing Editor of "Manar Al-Jami`ah" magazine, Dr. Hilil Al-`Umayri; and a number of academic staff and students. The exhibition aims to convey educational messages to students in the Department of Mass Communication and those interested in this work. The exhibition also aims to inform students of the important points that may benefit them in the future in their practical stage.

Dr. Faisal Al-Shimairi oversaw this exhibition, which included a set of descriptive representations of the characteristics and functions of the public relations specialist and the agencies entrusted with this work.

The exhibition outlined the role of public relations agencies in confronting crises, developing organizations, identifying the mechanism for preparing and organizing successful media campaigns, and the right ways to face challenges.

The exhibition presented a wide scientific literature outlined by the master's degree students from what was studied during the first semester of the current year 1439/1440/A.H. It is to be used as a reference for future generations to participate in the development of the skills of public relations specialist so that they can be totally ready to enter the Saudi labor market.
