During a meeting with the Vice-Dean of the College of Community Service and Continuing Education, Dr. Zaynab Qadi, the Assistant Director of the Department of Public Relations and Media, Dr. Amal bint Mas-hal Al-Qathani, introduced the duties of her department regarding the holding of events and activities, and the procedures followed according to the generally acknowledged rules and regulations. This meeting took place on Monday, 11 Rabi` Al-Awwal, 1440 A.H. at Dr. Zaynab's office at the college headquarters in Shishah.

During the meeting, Dr. Zaynab Qadi and Dr. Amal bint Mashal discussed the importance of abiding by the administrative rules by coordinating with the Department of Public Relations and Media when holding ceremonies, events, exhibitions, and conferences, as this department is the entity responsible for organizing all university events.
