Under the patronage of the Dean of Al-Qunfudhah University College Dr. Yassin bin Abdullah Al-Zobaidy and the supervision of the College Vice Dean, Female Section, Dr. Nowair Bajabir, the college's female students participated in the activities of World Diabetes Day organized by the Health Affairs Directorate on Wednesday Rabe Al-Awal 6, 1440 A.H. The administrative and academic departments distributed brochures and leaflets including information about diabetes as well as healthy meals for children and patients with diabetes. World Diabetes Day is an international day to raise awareness about the dangers of diabetes. Such participation comes to spread awareness amongst the community members.
