IPA's Business Center and UQU's Administrative Development Unit Implement the Administrative Investigation and Warehouse Processing Program

The Business Center at the Makkah branch of the Institute of Public Administration (IPA), in collaboration with the UQU's Administrative Development Unit, carried out an administrative investigation program for the staff of the follow-up department   at the Four Points Hotel in Al-Naseem district in Makkah. The program was presented by Dr. Shakir 'Alaam the member of the training commission, legal advisor and the head of regulations department at IPA. The lecture was attended by the Director of Follow-Up department, Mr. Muhammad Saeed Yamany.    

 

At the commencement of the meeting, Mr. Yamany welcomed the participants in the program and referred to the importance of the course in introducing administrative investigation skills to department staff. He then extended his thanks to UQU President, Prof. Abdullah Bafail; UQU Vice President, Dr. Yassir Shoushou; and the Administrative Development Unit and IPA for allowing his course.

 

The program was designed to help the trainees boost their skills and learn about the modern rules, regulations, and methods of administrative investigation.   

 

In addition, another course was held entitled ‘Warehouse Processing and Arrangement’ for the staff of the warehouse department. The course was presented by the trainer, Mr. Ayman Hadadi, in the presence of the Director of the Warehouse Department, Mr. Mahmoud Bogus, and the department staff.   

The trainer explained how materials are prepared, classified, and sorted in the warehouse's e-system, and introduced the materials storage phases and preservation methods. 

 

Mr. Bogus extended his sincere thanks to Prof. Abdullah Bafail and the UQU Vice President, Dr. Yassir Shoushou, for their constant support of the department.
