The College of Nursing has won the first place between the participants in the 2018 Gulf Nursing Day, which was held at the Maternity and Children Hospital in Makkah, under the theme of "The Voice of Nurses Call, Be Optimistic My Country".

Many of the health sectors in the holy capital have participated in the event. The UQU nursing pavilion gave an overview about the College, its programs, human, technical and technological cadres, and the developed simulators.

Dr. Ayman Khalid Jawaherjy, the Dean of College of Nursing, thanked the College’s affiliates and students who participated in presenting the College and its activities to the society. He lauded the support of Dr. Abdullah bin Omar BaFail, the President of UQU, to the College.
