Saleh Bakhat Az-Zahrany, Student at the Computer Sciences Department in the College of Computers and Information Systems, was awarded the Sense of Security Medal in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This was as he discovered security faults in some websites.
The Department extends appreciation to the student for such honoring, and wishes him guidance and success in the domain of cybersecurity and programming.
It is worth mentioning that 2 out of 26 seats were allocated to two fresh graduates of the Department, out of 4000 applicants, in the Future Cybersecurity Leaders Program sponsored by the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA).
