His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of the University, issued four administrative decisions involving the following:
1- Designating Dr. Maimoun bin Ahmed Samil Al-Solami as the Vice Dean of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers for a tenure of two years as of Muharram 9, 1440 H in addition to his work as the Head of Arabic Language Instructors Training Department in the Institute;
2- Renewing the mandate of Dr. Ali bin Abdu bin Hussein Saigal as the Director of the Applied Sciences Research Center in the Deanship of Scientific Research for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Hijjah 26, 1439 H;
3- Designating Dr. Sultan bin Sabir bin Abdullah Al-Roaithi Al-Harbi as the acting Head Business Administration Department in the College of Business Administration for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 9, 1440 H;
4- Designating Mr. Sultan bin Saad bin Hadram Al-Omari as the acting Head of the Medical Secretariat Department in Al-Qunfudhah College of Health Sciences for a tenure of six months as of Muharram 9, 1440 H;
The UQU President, Prof Bafail, wished them good luck in their new positions and called upon them to make every effort to drive the university to the sought-after target.
