The Umm Al-Qura University Acting President; and the Working Committees Supervisor-General at the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Institute for the Haj and Umrah Researches, Dr. Samr ibn Hemdan Alharbi has inspected the Institute’s main offices in the Holy Sites and its main building. The Institute’s Dean Prof. A’atef ibn Hussein Asghar and a number of the Institute’s department heads and its staff accompanied him during his tour on September 9^th, 2016.

He began his tour with visiting a number of the departments topped by the Department of Health Environment Researches. He also listened to full explanation by the Head of the Department Dr. Turki ibn Mohammed Habiballah on the studies and researches done by the Department during the current Haj season. In addition to this, he had a look on the modern technologies at the Department’s laboratories and the mechanism of their use.   

Then, Dr. Alharbi toured the Institute’s offices in the Holy Sites and Mount Arafat, and he inspected the department offices and the equipment they house. He went on to laud the Institute’s role in the studies and researches which serve the two holy cities and the Holy Sites and advance the services provided for the Haj performers. He also noted that the University dos not spare an effort in supporting the Institute and its facilities with all what serves the research process which help the Institute’s researchers do their job properly.
