Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Kholy, UQU Vice President for Female Students Affairs, paid an inspection visit to the Deanship of Admission and Registration to check the action mechanism; whereas Umm Al-Qura University received more than (10000) students that applied through the Unified Admission Portal for the academic year 1439\1440 AH to confirm their wishes during the period from 4 to 10 of Dhu Al-Qaidi.

During her visit, she first met Dr. Fatma bint Ali Al-Ghamdi, vice dean of the Deanship of Admission and Registration, and listened to her brief explanation of the preparations of the Deanship of Admission and Registration for the academic year 1439\1440 AH and how they will receive the female students.

For her part, Dr. Fatima Al-Ghamdi showcased some mechanisms that would facilitate the services offered to the female students and ways to communicate with them.

After the visit, Dr. Sarah praised all efforts exerted by the Deanship of Admission and Registration in facilitating academic services and preparing all procedures for students.

Dr. Sarah thanked UQU President, Dr. Abdullah bin Omar Bafeel, for his interest and support to create the educational environment for the students of the university. She also thanked the Dean of Admission and Registration, Dr. Hashim bin Ahmed Al-Samadani, for facilitating all academic and educational procedures for the university students for this year 1439-1440 AH.
