Under the patronage of its Dean, Dr. Hashem bin Ahmad As-Samadany, and in collaboration with the Deanship of Information Technology, the Deanship of Admission and Registration organized the Second Admission Workshop. The event was held on Thursday, 17th Shaaban 1439H at the Deanship’s Conference Room in Al-Abediyah.
The workshop was attended by Dr. Atef Al-Hujaily (Vice-Dean of IT for E-Transactions), Eng. Ashraf Asfour (Head of the Applications Department) and Eng. Hussein Al-Zahrany. In addition, the Deanship of Admission and Registration was represented by Dr. Khaled Al-Thaqafy (Vice-Dean), Dr. Ali Al-Zubaidy (Vice-Dean in Al-Qunfudha), as well as the Admission Department team. Moreover, and via the network communication, Dr. Fatima Al-Ghamdi, Vice-Dean of Admission and Registration, was present along with the Admission Department team at the Girls Section.
At the beginning of the workshop, Dr. Khaled Al-Thaqafy welcomed the attendees. This was followed by a revision of the achievement of the First Workshop’s themes. This included a presentation by the IT Deanship on the latest actual updates on the Unified Admission Portal. Then, the themes of the Second Workshop were discussed.
At the end of the event, Dr. Khaled Al-Thaqafy thanked everyone and appreciated their concern and attendance at the workshop.
