Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khouli, the UQU Vice President for Female Student Affairs, participated in the preparing program for the faculty members who are interested in scholarships in its fourth session. It was organized by UQU Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research and attended by Dr. Afaf bint Abdullah Rashed, the Deputy of the General Supervisor on the Office of Scholarships, and the Vice Deans and faculty members.
The meeting started by a speech for Dr. Thamer bin Hemdan Al-Harby, the University’s Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, in which he lauded the exerted efforts for preparing the faculty members who are interested in scholarships and introducing the procedures and models of scholarships to reach the targeted goals and achieve them.
That was followed by a speech for the General Supervisor on the Office of Scholarships, then another for Dr. Khouli . She praised the University’s Keenness on giving consideration to the academic cadre so that they can get the qualifications and expertise that are consistent with the spirit of the time and effective in the educational process.
After that, explanatory presentation were made about the procedures, models and countries of scholarships. At the end of the meeting, all the inquires were answered.
