The Community College organized a meeting with its students on Sunday 15 Rajab 1439AH at King Faisal bin Fahd hall in Al-Azizeyah, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Dr. Khaliad Al-Salimy, the Vice Deans of the college, the department heads, and faculty members.

In his message to the students, the Dean advised them to continue their persistence and hard work in their educational journey and after their graduation, keeping up their scientific and cognitive excellence and gaining skills suitable for their scientific specialties. He also advised them to continue developing their skills to eventually help build their home country. He pointed out that the Community College is one of the most important colleges in the university, and it contributes to providing the kingdom with competent graduates able to meet the needs of the labor market. He then congratulated distinguished students and praised the efforts of the Vice Deans of the college, and the heads of the department, shedding light on the support the college receives from the UQU President and Vice Presidents.

Afterwards, Dr. Said Shaaban Abdulalim Younis delivered a scientific lecture about  "The Use of Mind Maps in Studying".

At the end of the meeting, the Dean of the College honored the distinguished students and the heads of the departments, in addition to several faculty members.
