The President of Umm Al-Qura University who serves also as the Chairman of the Higher Administrative Promotions Committee Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq bin Bakri Assas approved the administrative promotions of UQU staff who are eligible for promotions from the 10th rank and below, the number of whom amounted to 236 employees. This took place during Dr. Assas' meeting at his office in Abdyia with the UQU Vice President and Vice Chairman of the Committee Dr. Yasser Bin Suleiman Shoushou, the Director of the Faculty Members and Employees Affairs Department Mr. Saeed bin Ruzaiq Al-Solami, the Deputy Director of the Faculty Members and Employees Affairs Department Mr. Marwan bin Dakhilulallah Al-Solami and the members of the committee. 

Meanwhile, Dr. Assas lauded the support attached to Umm Al-Qura University by the wise leadership in such manner which contributed to providing proper academic, research and administrative environment in line with the university's scientific status. He then congratulated all the promoted UQU staff in the university main campus in Makkah and its branches in Jamoum, Al-Lith, Al-Qunfudhah, and Adhm wishing for such promotion to be an incentive for them to work diligently and exert more effort to serve this lofty scientific edifice. He then prayed Allah to grant them all success. 

Within the same vein, the UQU Vice President Dr. Yasser Bin Suleiman Shoushou expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas for approving the administrative promotions. He also congratulated all those who were promoted, wishing them further progress and advancement to serve this scientific edifice. He stressed that the Department of Faculty Members and Employees saves no efforts under the support of the top leadership in the university to create and provide the proper circumstances to achieve the promotion process using modern technical ways by calculating the points of each employee who deserves to be promoted. 

For their part, the Director and Deputy Director of the Employees and Faculty Members Affairs Department Mr. Saeed bin Ruzaiq Al-Solami and Marwan bin Dakhillah Al-Solami congratulated all promoted UQU Staff and wished them all success. They also lauded the support attached to the Department by the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas and the close follow up of the UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir Shoushou to all the developmental works witnessed in the department.
