Dr. Yasser bin Suleiman Shushu, UQU Vice President, conducted an inspection tour through the UQU Girls Campus in al-Zaher, Sunday, Ramadan 21, 1437H. He was accompanied by Eng. Abdulmohsen al-Ahmadi, Supervisor General of Operation, Maintenance and General Services Department, and Mr. Maher Shalwalah, Director of Security and Safety Department.
They toured through classrooms, Institute of Arabic Language for Non-native Speakers, service utilities at the exterior lobby, entertainment hall, Al-Jawhara Hall, among other buildings. Meanwhile, they listened to an elaborate account the needs, remarks and achievements of the Operation and Maintenance Department. It was given by Eng. Abdulmohsen al-Ahmadi, the department director.
Following the tour, the Vice President, Dr. Shushu, called upon all incumbents to make every effort, and harness all potentials to create a proper learning environment for students, in a manner commensurate with the support received by the university from the Governors, and with the close follow-up of HE the Minister of Education, Dr. Ahmed al-Eissa, as well as the UQU President.
