Dr. Sarah bint Omar Al-Khouli, the UQU Vice President for Student Affairs, made an inspection visit to a number of departments, colleges, centers, and institutions at Al-Zahir Campus. She was accompanied by Dr. Hala bint Saeed Al-Amoudi, the Dean of University Studies for Girls and the Advisor of the Vice President for Student Affairs.
The tour included the departments for the affairs of the teaching staff and employees, warehouses, facilities and services, Deanship of E-learning and Distance Education, and Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Dr. Khouli said that the purpose of this tour is to inspect the administrative, educational and research workflow and shedding the light on the positives to develop and promote them. She added that these inspection tours are as per the directives of the Dr. Bakri bin M'atooq Assas, Umm Al-Qura University President, to promote the educational and administrative practical system at the university.
She highlighted that she aspires to develop the administrative work at the girls' section in a way that is consistent to the Kingdom Vision 2030 towards the electronic governance, to contribute to serving and promoting the academic and research environment, and achieving one of the main goals which the Kingdom aims at achieving in the coming period.
