The UQU Vice President for female Students Affairs Dr. Sarah Al-Kholy is reckoned one of the national youth competencies with high scientific qualification. She graduated from the most prestigious universities worldwide whereas she obtained the bachelor degree  in Home Economics from King Abdul-Aziz University in 2006, the MSc of Family and Consumer Science from Western Michigan University in USA in 2010, the MSc of Science in Nutrition in 2013 from Wayne State University in USA in 2013 and the PhD in Nutrition and Food Science from Wayne State University in USA in 2015. 

From 2012 to 2014, she was a lecturer at Wayne State University in the USA. Then, she joined Al-Lith University College as a lecturer in 2015 and was appointed as an assistant professor in the college in 2016 in addition, she was responsible for the college vice deanship until the issuance of the Minister of Education decision designating her as the UQU Vice President for female Students Affairs.
