The UQU Vice Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, as represented by the Scientific Council, is pleased to announce that academic promotions of the faculty members submitted to the last University Council session have been approved by the UQU President, Dr. Bakri bin Maatouq Assas. We wish them continued success in the research area. Meanwhile, Dr. Assas extended thanks and appreciation to Prof. Adel bin Muhammad bin Ali Asiri for his undeniable dedication, and for the colossal efforts he exerted over his work tenure as dean of the Scientific Research and Islamic Heritage Revival Institute. He wished him unceasing success.

For his part, Prof. Adnan bin Muhammad al-Harithi, Dean of the Manuscripts and Islamic Heritage Revival, extended sincere thanks and appreciation for Prof. Adel bin Muhammad Asiri for all the efforts he made for the sake of the Institute, which stands out as one of the UQU's prestigious scientific edifices. He wished him success in both academic and professional lives.
