The Permanent Committee of Scholarships and Training held its 12th session for the academic year 1438/1439 AH, on Wednesday Jumada Al-Awal 14, 1439 H which was chaired by the UQU Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamer bin Hamdan Al-Harbi. The session was attended by the Supervisor of the Scholarships Department, Dr. Ahmed bin Youssef Barqawi, and all Committee members.
The Committee Secretary, Mr. Wael bin Abdul-Raziq Shaldoum, said that the Committee has discussed the subjects listed in its agenda and gave its recommendations.
The recommended topics listed in the agenda:
• Number of those obtained scholarship approvals: (5) TAs, lecturers, and employee.
• Number of those received scholarship termination: (4) scholars.
• Number of those received extension for Ph.D. studies: (5) scholars.
• Number of those received extension for MSc studies: (1) scholars.
• Number of those received Extension for language study approval (1) scholars.
