His Excellency The Minister of Haj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh Bin Taher Benten stressed the importance of raising field readiness to provide the best services for the pilgrims and visitors and harnessing all capacities and capabilities as part of the preparation for the Hajj season. Meanwhile he indicated the importance of doubling the efforts  and intensifying cooperation with the relevant authorities in the public and private sectors to help the pilgrims and visitors perform their rituals  in ease, comfort and tranquility. 

This came during the inspection tour conducted by Dr. Benten on the pilgrims services centers in Makkah on Ramadan 6, 1437H to check on Umrah services and the measures taken in the different ministry sectors regarding the practical application of the operational plan of this year's Umrah season, besides meeting aspirations of the leadership towards upgrading the performance of the Hajj and Umrah sector and developing services provided for pilgrims and visitors.

It is noteworthy that the inspection tour included visiting pilgrims and visitors reception centers  around the Grand Mosque in Makkah and reviewing the services provided for them in this regard.
