The Vice-Presidency for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, represented by
the Scientific Board Secretariat, is pleased to announce that the President of Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) has approved the academic promotions of teaching staff members. May Allah preserve them, and may they achieve their hopes and ambitions.
Relevant recommendations were made for the aforementioned topics included in the board’s agenda.
* The Scientific Board Secretariat calls on the teaching staff members mentioned below to refer to it by the end of the next week to get the promoting certificates.
The promoted teaching staff members are as follows:
1- Dr. Ghazi bin Sa’aied Hamoud Al-Matrafy, the Assistant Professor at the Center of Islamic Studies, the College of Shari'ah 'Islamic Law' and Islamic Studies, was promoted to a Professor.
2- Dr. Abdulah bin Salem Yaslem Ba-Faraj, the Assistant Professor at the Center of Islamic Studies, the College of Shari'ah 'Islamic Law' and Islamic Studies, was promoted to a Professor.
