The Admission and Registration Vice Deanship at the girls section, represented in the Unit of Training and Development, in cooperation with the Center of Administrative Communication and Documents, has held a training workshop on the administrative communications system “Masar” which continued for two days, which were Wednesday 2 Rabia Al-Thani 1439AH, and Wednesday 9 Rabia Al-Thani 1439AH at the meeting hall of the Admission and Registration College at the girls section.
The workshop included a detailed explanation of the system and its advantages. The specialist, Ms. Fadwa bint Ali Nazra, has explained how to start a new dealing, attach files, send them, and follow-up the files through the notifications and alarms service. During the workshop, the option to search and inquire about dealings was also explained, alongside many other features.
The workshop was attended by the Vice Deans and staff members of the deanship who participated in discussing several issues about the system.
Noteworthy, holding such workshops shows the keenness and effort of the Vice Deanship to develop and enhance the skills of its staff through providing them with a training opportunity near their workplace in a way that facilitates for them performing their work and presenting any inquiries they may have regarding the system.
As it workshop came to a close, the Center of Administrative Communication and Documents was thanked for its cooperation to hold this workshop directly and especially for the staff members of the Deanship of Admission and Registration. Attendees were granted attendance certificates.
