Business Center of Institute of Public Administration in Makkah region in collaboration with the Administrative Development at Umm Al-Qura University carried out program of job performance management at the UQU Headquarters. The program was presented by Mr. Mohamed Bin Zoaid Al-Otaibi.
The program included defining tasks of setting up job charter, performance management, regulations of performance management besides applying some work forms on how to prepare job charter in addition to introducing the importance of job merits.
On this occasion, the Head of Administrative Development Unit Mr. Waleed Simbawa said this program is carried out in collaboration with the business center within the series of training programs to be carried out during this year. He extended his thanks and appreciation to UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas and UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir Shoushou for their continuous support to developing employees skills and increasing efficiency of administrative work. He added this program included series of courses amounted to 10 dedicated for male and female affiliates of the university main headquarters in Makkah and its branches at Al-Lith and Al-Qunfudhah and college branches in Makkah for females which carried out in the College of Community Service in Al-Shisha.
