On Monday Rabi Al-Awal 16, 1439 H an introductory workshop about the new e-archiving system was held at the Grand Meeting hall in the building of the general administration in Azizia.

The course was presented by the Director of Documents and Administrative Communication Center  Mr. Abdullah Abdul-Rahman Al-Solaimani for the affiliates of the UQU Vice Presidency for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research and department affiliating to the Vice Presidency including; (Secretariat General of the Scientific Council,  Scholarships Department, Scientific Journals Department,  and Teaching Assistants and Lecturers Committee. In the training course, the new system, its features, and workflow mechanism in the system were introduced.
