The 7th session of the Permanent Committee for Training and Scholarships for academic year 1438/1439AH was held on Wednesday noon 11 Rabia Al-Awal 1439AH, headed by the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Thamir bin Himdan Al-Harby, in the presence of the General Advisor of Scholarships, Dr. Ahmed bin Youssef Barqawy, and all members of the committee.
The Director of Scholarships and Secretary of the Committee, Mr. Wa'el bin Abdelrazik Shaldoum, said that the topics in the agenda were discussed and the proper recommendations for them were made.
The topics in the agenda and have received recommendations are:
Number of those whose scholarships were recommended to be approved: (3) teaching assistants and lecturers.
Number of scholars whose scholarships were recommended to be terminated: (2).
Number of scholars whose scholarships' extension was recommended to be approved for PhDs: (7).
Number of scholars whose scholarships' extension was recommended to be approved for Masters: (1).
Number of scholars whose scholarships' extension was recommended to be approved for language study: (2).
Number of scholars whose practical trips were recommended to be approved: (2).
