Under the auspices of Dr. Samir bin Hasan Mohamed Quary, the Head of the Department of Biology, and with the presence of a number of teaching staff members and students, a lecture was held on Monday, Rabi' I 2, 1439H, and titled (How to Produce Million Fish from One Fish). The lecture was given by Dr. Asharf Ahmed Al-Badawi Ahmed.
The session's topics included: the most important different resources to get larvae; the theory of hormone induction used for artificial breeding; how to extract the pituitary gland from a fish; steps of the artificial breeding for the Carp fish; and general discussion.
