UQU Vice President Checks on Readiness of Deanship of University Studies for Girls, Female Students Housing and College Buildings

UQU Vice President Dr. Yassir bin Suleiman Shoushou checked on readiness of females sections buildings of the Deanship of University Studies for Girls at Al-Zahir, the Deanship Branch Colleges in Rea Zhakhir and the Housing of Scholarship students during his inspection tour accompanied by the Vice Dean of Students Affairs for Students Services Dr. Hamdan Al-Ghamdi, Supervisor of Facilities and Services Department Eng. Abdul-Mohsin Al-Ahmadi, Director of UQU Vice President Office Mr. Sameer Awan and a number of officials of the facilities and safety departments.  

 

During his inspection tour Dr. Shoushou said proceeding from the keenness of the UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas to offer educational environment in line with the capabilities provided by our wise leadership, we have inspected today females section buildings in the Deanship of University Studies for Girls at the university headquarters in Al-Zahir and Rea Zhakhir and housing of the female students to check on their readiness to receive the students at the beginning of the new academic year 1438/1439 H. He added that offices of the Vice Deans of the College of Islamic Economics and Finance and the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers were transferred to the Deanship Headquarter at Rea Zhakhir which was prepared with the latest technologies, laboratories  and study halls to start studies in the specific time as per the university calendar. Additionally, he said scholarship female students will be transferred with the beginning of the academic year 1438/1439 H to the new building which was prepared  with the latest equipment at Al-Zahir university campus.  

 

After that Dr. Shoushou ordered Facilities and Services Department to provide all capabilities and equipment in line with the scientific status achieved by Umm Al-Qura University by repairing air conditioning and lightening to provide an attractive educational environment. He then lauded the support and directive of UQU President Dr. Bakri Assas and his lasting keenness to provide the latest educational technologies in the university main campus in Makkah and university branches in Jamoum. Al-Qunfudhah, Al-Lith and Adhm.  "All potentials were harnessed to make the educational environment  ready for receiving all students enlisted for the coming academic year 1438/1439 H amounting to 110 thousand male and female students", he expounded.
