The College of Nursing, represented by the Director of the College, Mr. Talal Al-Abdali, and the Assistant Administrative Director, Ms. Hind Al-Badri, held training workshops to develop and upgrade the college's administrative staff.
The theme of the first workshop was entitled: “Administrative Communication Skills”. The workshop, which was presented by Ms. Munirah Al-Hajji, discussed the preparation of transactions, how to link different transactions, and how to make the owners of the transactions follow up these transactions. Moreover, the presenter explained how to add a signature and also a second signature through the system.
At the end, the workshop provided solutions for the problems and challenges facing the administrative staff while using the administrative communication system (Masar).
On his part, Mr. Talal Al-Abdali praised the Director of the Administrative Communication Center, Mr. Ahmad Al-Sabban, for his cooperation and lasting keenness to provide guidance for others on the proper way of performing transaction flows. Finally, he extended his thanks to Ms. Munirah Al-Hajji for the efforts she exerted to share her skills and expertise in administrative communication with her colleagues.
