Announcement for the Male Students of the Department of Regulations for the First Semester 1443 A.H.

Dear student: We hope you have a semester full of success and excellence. With the beginning of this academic week, we will start receiving applications to amend schedules electronically without the need to attend at the department in person. This will be performed through requests with the approval of the department for all subjects, except for optional (elective) subjects, via electronic tickets. The procedures will be as follows:

  1. Schedules will be amended electronically by submitting applications with the approval of the department through the academic portal on the university's website. The process will be carried out by the academic advisor for each student.
  2. Applications to add the "Arbitration, Administrative Contracts, and Human Rights" course will start on Sunday, 14 Muharram 1443 A.H., at 1:00 p.m., via this link.
  3. For any problem or complaint about the registration process, please use this link starting from Sunday, 14 Muharram 1443 A.H., at 1:00 p.m.
  4. To open a new division for the students who are expected to graduate, please click here.
  5. If you have any questions on the educational material and process, you should contact your academic advisor via (The Virtual Office) through the icon (The Virtual Office for Academic Advising) on the college page of the university website or by clicking here.
  6. No enrollment application will be executed at the department's headquarters. There is no need for students to visit the department in person. Be confident, dear student, that the department will not hesitate to serve you, if possible.
  7. Notice: Each department in the university is responsible for the process of adding and deleting its courses. Thus, the Department of Regulations is responsible for only the department’s courses. As for the rest of the courses, such as the Noble Qur’an and Islamic culture, the electronic request should be received by the department to which the course belongs.
  8. Everyone is requested to adhere to the channels available for the registration process. Mobile messages sent to the academic staff members are not the allowed method for the registration process. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
  9. Only one ticket is allowed. In the event that another ticket is needed, a response will be added to the same old ticket by applying from the electronic tickets section in the administrative services, under the electronic services on the main page.

We urge our dear students to abide by the conditions of deletion, addition, and amendment across divisions, to contact us through the links mentioned above, and to take into account the department's efforts in the event that the application is not accepted due to a conflict in the student’s schedule, the division reaching its full student capacity, or any similar reason.
