In view of keeping abreast with the significant developments witnessed by Umm Al-Qura University and in line with its strategic plan, the Operation and Maintenance Department has been included in the General Department of Facilities and Services. This resulted in the Department of Facilities and Services becoming one of the largest departments at Umm Al-Qura University, with many responsibilities entrusted to it.
The department plays an important role and is entrusted with many responsibilities in all parts of the university, and it seeks to secure all means of comfort, safety and welfare for the dear UQU students and staff by harnessing the most up-to-date means and mechanisms.
