General Conditions:

In accordance with the provisions of Article (35) of the standard regulations for scientific research in universities, the translated products must satisfy the following requirements:

a- They must be of tangible scientific or practical feasibility.

b- They must be subject to arbitration by one or more reviewers.

c- The translator and the reviewer should be fully proficient in the two languages used in the translation (i.e., the Source, and the Target Languages).

d- The translator must take into account the reviewers’ notes and the suggested amendments.

e- The rights for translation and publication must first be obtained from the authorities concerned before starting to do so.

In accordance with paragraphs (b - c) of Article (35), the translator, reviewer, and referees must have sufficient experience in translation in the two languages used in the translation task ( i.e., the Source and the Target Languages) as well as specialists in the subject matter of the translation materials.

In accordance with Article (28) of the standard regulations for scientific research in universities, the Scientific Council is competent to set the terms of the referees and their appointing.
