Student Club Elections

The Vice Deanship for Student Activities and Training announces the opening for nominations to chair clubs of the Deanship of Student Affairs for the coming period until 31 December, 2021 A.C., according to the following conditions:

1. The candidate must be a regular student at the university, and must have finished one full academic year.
2. The candidate must fill out the application form for the club’s presidency. The application can be made through the following link:
3. His GPA should not be less than (2.75).
4. The candidate must be known for his good behavior, and no verdicts should have been issued against him (from inside or outside the university) that are against his honor, trust, or conduct.
5. The candidate must have experience of not less than one academic year in the field of the student activity.
6. The candidate must have spent an academic year in the activity of the club for whose presidency he wishes to run (modern clubs are excluded).
7. The candidate must have at least one full academic year left of his studies.
8. Presidency of the club may not be held for two terms without the exceptional permission of the Dean of Student Affairs.
