Duties of the Audit and Review Department
Functional Duties:
- Review and approve (or not approve) the designs and stages delivered by the design consultant for each project.
- Ensure that the conditions and specifications of the project are met upon receipt.
- Audit and review records.
- Hold meetings with the design consultant for the project to identify and modify comments if necessary.
- Submit reports on the projects and their status to the direct manager.
Required Expertise and Skills:
- Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, with at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
- A computer course.
- Full knowledge of architectural design programs.
