Duties of the Audit and Review Department

Functional Duties:

  • Review and approve (or not approve) the designs and stages delivered by the design consultant for each project.
  • Ensure that the conditions and specifications of the project are met upon receipt.
  • Audit and review records.
  • Hold meetings with the design consultant for the project to identify and modify comments if necessary.
  • Submit reports on the projects and their status to the direct manager.

Required Expertise and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, with at least 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
  • A computer course.
  • Full knowledge of architectural design programs.
