FAQ on Admission and Registration

1. Your personal data is saved, and you must: * Sign in. * Write your registration number (civil record number) * Write your password. * Update your data if you have mobile or email modification.
If you are not Saudi, you do not show your wishes now, except after the Ministry of Education approves the nomination. Complete your application if you are not Saudi. If you are a Saudi, your measured proportion may be very low. So, you have the choices of the qualifying course and the affiliation.
A4) The student's record in his\her page is not considered an official document. A certified record must be attached to the University's signature and stamp, usually from the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at their university.
A5) The first semester grades are enough to complete the procedures for approval of your request, and when you are granted approval later, you should bring a full academic record so that we can equalize all subjects.
A6) Verifying the personal data from the student page on the e-Services Portal as it is in the passport, before the closure of the semester. 2 - Obtaining an electronic clearance from the student page, and printing it out after the approval of all departments. 3- Bringing the university card and the clearance of the Graduation Department or, as advertised, the place of documents delivery.
A7) The date of receipt of the documents shall be announced at the Deanship of Admission and Registration two weeks after the end of the semester.

A9) Head to to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration’s Graduation Departments for students in Abadiya and female students in Al-Zaher and bring the original the document and the academic record and the required number of the image for approval.
A10) Calculation of the points of each course: Points of each course = The weighted grade of the course * The number of units. B - Calculation of the semester GPA: semester GPA = total number of points of the semester courses÷total number of units of the semester course. C) Calculation of cumulative GPA: GPA= total number of points of all courses ÷ total number of units of all courses.
The Admissions and Registration Unit shall be provided with a form to rectify the result of a student after completing all the required data through the electronic archiving by the department offering the course.
A12) The student shall present an acceptable excuse explaining the reason for his absence from the final examination to the head of the department offering to the course, accompanied by documents proving the reason. If approved, the application form will be completed and sent to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration within a maximum period of one semester.
A13) The result of depriving (h) the student whose absence exceeds 30% of the total lectures for the whole semester shall be monitored.
In the case of the transfer or change of the specialization or modification of the student plan, the general courses will be equalized automatically to be equivalent to the subjects of specialization with the approval of the department presenting the course.
A15) All courses equivalent to an internal equation are calculated in the GPA.
