Implementation Document Reading and Writing Techniques

Description

The execution documents are considered an integrated information system in itself. This course aims at training the participants to deal with the organizational structure of execution documents and also realize the distribution of the information and data, in addition, the course addresses the training on reading and revising these documents, and detecting errors and contradicted information included; through conducting training on  actual documents and projects to grant the participants a real life experience through the daily activities of the supervising engineers or the supervisors of the projects.

By the end of the course, the trainee will be capable of:

• Describing of the information system to construct any building
• Identifying the priorities of arranging the documents of the contract during execution
• Finding the different information patterns included in execution documents.
• Reading the different execution documents and determining the sections and the content of each one of them (the governmental contracts- the general terms- the special technical terms- quantities RFP- the specifications RFP- the executive drawings)
• Conforming the executive drawings with their various patterns (architectural- mechanical- construction- electrical)
• Preparing the architectural executive drawings (their sections and groups- data of blueprints- Sequence of their functions and details)
