Department's Duties:
- To receive disbursement transactions after delivering the benefits to their respective owners.
- To order and place the transactions in files according to the Sequence Dates.
- To place the transaction in the financial archive.
- The department also provide the General Auditing bureau with the disbursement and settlements documents upon request for auditing.
