Department Responsibilities:

  • Audit all documents and financial transactions received by the Department of Finance to manage the disbursements of the 4 sections and items of the budget.
  • First and Second Sections: Audit the dues of the university staff and students, such as: salaries, overtime, allowances and monthly bonuses.
  • Third and Fourth Sections: Audit the financial transactions related to the units of the university such as the procurement insurance, and all disbursement orders related to contractors receivables for supply, rental, catering, operating, maintenance, cleaning and transport contracts…etc.
