The Deanship of Admission and Registration shall provide an amendment form for the modification of a student's grades after having all the required data has been completed through electronic archiving by the department offering the course.
Grade (IP) means in progress. It is given by the course teacher to be completed in the next semester. It is given to annual courses as courses of the medical colleges.
If a student transfers, changes his major, or amends his course plan, an equivalence of the general courses is made automatically and then the major subjects are equated with the approval of the department offering the course.
The student shall present an acceptable excuse explaining the reason for his absence from the final examination to the head of the department offering the academic course with the documents proving the reason. If approved, the application form will be completed and sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration within a maximum period of one semester.
Grade (IC), which means incomplete, can be amended through filling the related form by the course teacher. Then, it has to be approved by the head of the department and the Dean of the College. Afterwards, it should be sent to the Deanship of Admission and Registration before the end of the semester that follows the one in which the student got the grade (IC).
