Goals:

  • Providing students of the department with knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of managing human resources to enable them to be efficient and active members of the labor market.
  • Supplying students of the department with professional and internationally accepted morals and conducts that are related to managing human resources in the labor market.
  • Keeping pace with the requirements of the Saudi labor market.
  • Seeking to build active partnerships and cooperation with business organizations and Saudi public sector institutions.

Enrollment requirements:

  • The applicant should be a Saudi citizen, born to a Saudi mother, or a legal resident.
  • They should have a secondary school certificate, or its equivalent.
  • The applicant should not have been dismissed from any Saudi university.
  • The applicant must be known for his good conduct.
  • The applicant should be medically fit.
  • The applicant pays the fees defined by the College of Community Services and Continuing Education.

Advantages:

The diploma in the Department of Human Resources is classified by the Ministry of Civil Services. Thus, those who pass this diploma are granted (fifth rank, first grade) on entering government jobs.

The department is also approved by the Human Resources Development Fund, which means those who graduate from this department can attain a job in the private sector through the support of the fund.

Study period:

The diploma program in the Department of Human Resources lasts for four semesters (two years).
