Duties
- Preparing and coordinating the department's schedule for each semester
- Supervising the distribution of academic staff members for academic advising
- Supervising students' registration of study units
- Following up on the academic advising requirements and assigning the academic staff members’ office hours.
- Raising the students’ awareness about academic advising.
